Oil Ranch

On October 27th, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, PPCD and MI students visited the Oil Ranch in Hockley , TX. Students participated in the following activities:
  • Horses: Grooming, feeding, care & saddling
  • Dairy Cattle: Milk a Cow and discussion of dairy industry
  • Beef Cattle: Hand feed and discussion of cattle industry
  • Petting Zoo: Pet a variety of farm animals
In addition to the farm-like activities, each student brought home a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch.
